ARTICLE 1

I This ordinance regulates its articles and more related to the statutes of GOLDEN STATE SOCCER LEAGUE (G.S.S.L.) and its provisions are mandatory for its authorities and affiliates. This regulation may be modified from time to time, during and after each season or tournament.

ARTICLE #2
I
. The disciplinary commission is the body in charge of applying the sanctions referred to in

the these regulations regarding Players, Technical Directors, Coaches, Cheerleaders, Referees,Teams, Clubs and Managers in general; due to fouls committed in official games or friendly matches that are reported in the corresponding arbitration records or extensions.

II. At the request of those affected, the disciplinary commission or the leaders of G.S.S.L., will investigate and sanction, where appropriate, violations of the regulations, statutes and resolutions of the league itself, committed by Players, Coaches, Clubs, Teams, Clubs and Managers in general.

ARTICLE #3
I.
The resolutions issued by the disciplinary commission, to be valid, must be issued when except for one of its members.

II. The sanctions that the disciplinary commission must apply are the following:

A) Warning
B) Suspension
C) Temporary disqualification D) Disaffiliation
E) Extraordinary contribution

III. In cases that the disciplinary commission deems appropriate, it may send the board of directors G.S.S.L. the request for disaffiliation, attaching its arguments, so that said directive takes the respective resolution.

IV. These sanctions will apply to all Affiliates, Directors and Supporters of the league. ARTICLE #4

ARTICLE #5

I. CHAPTER TWO – FOULS TO PLAYERS AND OTHER DERIVED AFFILIATES

II. The player who accumulates two warnings during the same Match, due to infractions established in section Chapter 2 (ART: I) of this article, will be expelled from the match and will be sanctioned.

III. The player who is expelled from the Match for any of the reasons listed below establish will be sanctioned:

J) Celebrate goals with rude attitudes such as gestures, mockery, or frankly unsportsmanlike attitudes.


ARTICLE #3

I. These are offenses that require sanction, which are mentioned below before, during and after of the party.

A) Insulting or threatening the Referee body, on or off the field, as well as in the facilities where the match takes place.

B) Attempt to attack or insult the members of the opposing team's coaching staff, in The field, entrances or in the general facilities where the Match is played.

C) Disrespect, attempt to attack, insult, make signs, obsessive or profane gestures to the audience to the match.

THIRD CHAPTER – FAULTS COMMITTED BY LEADERS, COACHES OR STUDENTS

ARTICLE 1

I. Leaders, coaches and supporters who commit the following are guilty of a fault: A) Failure to diligently abide by the Referee's provisions.
B) Order the players not to diligently comply with the Referee's orders.
C) Protesting the decisions of the Referee or the assistant Referees and/or lack of

THIRD CHAPTER – FAULTS COMMITTED BY LEADERS, COACHES OR STUDENTS

CHAPTER FOUR – RESPONSIBILITIES OF TEAMS AND CLUBS

ARTICLE #8

CHAPTER SIX – FRIENDLY MATCHES

ARTICLE 1

CHAPTER EIGHT – NOTIFICATION/SUMMONS
